Kong. You can find the most trendy and unique items, and select from the widest
selection of products from Angolz selected outlets. In addition, we provide

free newsletter and more… It is 100% FREE to become an Angolz member. All you
need to do is browse to the “Sign-in” page and enter the necessary information.

can I change settings or personal information?

When you browse to www.angolz.com, you can start navigate Angolz from a number
of starting points: Hit Products, New Products, Stores Information and some
selected categories, etc..
- What should I do if I want to browse
the different stores in Angolz?

You can check our stores directory by clicking on the top menu “Stores”. This
will list out all stores in Angolz; on the other hand, you can also browse the
selected stores at “Store Information” in the middle of our front page.
A number of product pictures are randomly displayed beside each stores name,
which gives you a rough idea what this store sells. If you are interested in a
store, you can click its logo. When a store main page is shown, you will find
the store name, location in Hong Kong, its main product range. New products
will be shown in the middle, and recommended items are listed underneath.
The product categories and product manufacturers available in the store is
shown on the left menu bar under “Shopping Cart”. You can choose the category
you like to browse by clicking on it. The system will search all items under
this category and display in the middle area. Clicking on any sub-categories on
the left menu bar will drill down and display the corresponding products.

category, where to go?

You can start finding what you like in Angolz with a number of different ways.
The 3 most popular are:

Shop by Category:
If you like to find a specific category or item, click into the category bar on
the left. For example, if you like to check our Toys category, click on “Toys”
and all items within the category will be shown on the right.

Shop with Angolz Search:
The most handy way of finding a product if you know exactly what you are
looking for. By entering the keyword in the search box on the left, Angolz’s
search tool will find what you need.

Shop by new product list:
You will find the latest selection of products carried by all Angolz stores by
checking out the New Products section on Angolz main page. Click on “More New
Products” to see what new exciting products we are offering.
- Ok, I found something I like, how can I
like place an order?

It is very easy to place an order on Angolz.
Within the product detail page, you will find “Quantity” area beside the main
picture. That is the place you can enter the quantity of this particular
product that you like to purchase. (You can always change the quantity
afterwards.) The retail price is shown in US currency. Enter the quantity of
this product then click on the “Add to Cart” button, and the product and
quantity will be placed in your “Shopping Cart”. The current status of the
shopping cart will be shown on the left.
If you like to continue shopping, you can browse other products or stores
freely.
Once you finish shopping and ready to place an order, you can check out your
items area by clicking “View Cart” on the left of the page.
- I am interested in getting something
that's not shown on the website, Is there any way I can get it from you?

We are always looking for attractive new products to carry. If you have an idea
for something you cannot find on our website, please send your suggestion to
help@angolz.com and we'll take a look and see if it possible to get the
item
- What is the Shopping Cart?

In “Shopping Cart”, you can see all items you have selected, together with the
product information , i.e. Store code, Product Name, Price, Weight, Quantity.
You can change the quantity of each product of cancel an item by entering “0”
in the “Quantity” box and pressing the “Update” button.
At the bottom of the page, the total weight of the items is shown together with
the country of shipping and shipping method. You can check the shipping cost
here, by changing the Country and Shipping Type, the Shipping Cost would change
accordingly. Hence, this is just a calculator for shipping rate, the final
amount will be in next page.
If you like to continue shopping, you can exit the “Shopping Cart” area and
come back anytime. The “Shopping Cart” would keep record until you check out.

- What are the shipping options?

You can create multiple shipping address after you are logged in. On the top
menu, click on “My Account” -> “View/Edit Account” -> “Shipping Address”.
When you checkout the items in your shopping cart, you can select the address
that you want your order to ship to. You can also add a new shipping address by
clicking the “Add New Address” button.
Generally we are now offering 2 types of shipping: HKPost – Air Mail, HKPost –
EMS Speed Post.
Air Mail service is available for all countries or areas, and takes
about 5 to 14 days to reach you. There is no online tracking of the package,
with optional insurance. Understandably, slight delay may be caused by
different factors such as custom. Your patience is greatly appreciated.
EMS Speedpost service is available for most countries. This is the
shipping method that we recommend. It usually takes 3 to 7 days to reach you,
online tracking is available at your local post office website, basic insurance
is provided to maximum HK$1000, additional insurance is available as option.
Local custom may inspect your shipment and this cause cause delay of delivery.
Once you select the shipping method, press “Confirm” button to confirm your
order and the “Payment Method” button to proceed to the payment area.
- What if I haven’t received my order for a
long time?

The time taken for delivery is just an estimation, delivery may be delayed by
many factors: incorrect shipping address, weather, local holiday, custom
inspection, etc. Please understand that while Angolz.com makes every attempt at
timely delivery, circumstances may occasionally delay shipment of product. If
you haven’t receive your shipment and it is double our estimated time length,
please email us shipping@angolz.com for further assistance.
- What value would my parcel be declared? How
would my parcel be declared?

Your parcel will be declared as "merchandise" and at its real value. A printed
receipt will also be attached to the parcel as well. If you have any special
instruction about your shippment, please read the following FAQ.
- Do I have to pay Customs Tax? How much will
it be??

Since HongKong is a FREE trading port, we do not have any export tax, sales tax
etc...
When the parcels arrive your country, your customs department may pick them for
random check. Customs charge may be billed on receiver. Please check your
country customs regulations and customs rate. If you'd like to declare a lower
parcel value, please read the following FAQ.

at a specified value?

Yes. You can do that by entering you special instructions at your shopping
cart. The instruction input box is located at the last step of the shopping
cart before submiting your payment. You can tell us how you would like your
parcel be declared.
