Shipping & handling charges cannot be refunded when order has been shipped.
Buyer is responsible for the return shipping charge for all situations, including factory's fault or damage via postal transit. Please also retain all proof of return, this implies the returning parcel should be sent with a shipping method that enables tracking.
If it is proved to be factory's default or damage via postal, please contact us as soon as possible for returns or refund options.
