These general sales terms and conditions govern the sale of merchandise by Angolz Company Ltd to the customer through the Site.
We list the availability and price information for product sold by us on the Site based on our best knowledge and effort. Beyond what we say on that page or on the Site, we cannot be more specific about availability. Please note that release date are estimates and subject to changes out of our control. They are not guaranteed dispatch times and should not be relied upon as such. As we process your order, we will inform you by e-mail if any products you order turn out to be unavailable.
Prices displayed on the Site at the your order is accepted will be honored except in the case of obvious error. Despite our best endeavour, a small number of the thousand of products could be mispriced. If we discover an error in the price of any products that you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option of reconfirming or cancelling your order. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled.
The price for the goods quoted on the Site shall be exclusive of all costs of carriage and insurance and applicable import Tax/VAT/GST and duty which the buyer shall pay in addition. Shipping and insurance costs are calculated at checkout.
We accept PayPal, Visa and MasterCard, which typically process within 24 hours of order placement. Invoices with payment overdue by 5 days or longer may be cancelled by Angolz. Payment on all orders are settled in US Dollars (US$), the final price charged in your currency will be calculated by your credit card issuing bank in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction.
By placing an order using one of the above payment method, you confirm that the credit/debit card or Paypal account used is yours or that you have been authorised by the owner to use it. If your card issuer refuses to authorise payment to Angolz Company Limited, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Once you have placed your order by completing your personal and payment details, we shall send you an email acknowledging the receipt of your order. The email is only a confirmation of receipt of your order and does not constitute an acceptance of your order. Your order will be accepted and the contract between you and Angolz Company Limited when we send you an email to confirm the goods have been dispatched to you.
Only the goods listed in the confirmation email sent at the time of dispatch are included in the contract formed. All sales contracts are therefore concluded in Hong Kong SAR and are written in English.
Angolz is committed to selling only first-quality products and employ several quality checks before the product leaves the warehouse. If you have received a defective item, please contact Angolz within 7 days upon receiving the product. Angolz will be happy to assist you with a replacement (if available) or a credit (if applicable).

In placing an order with us, you authorise Angolz Company Limited to process a charge or charges on your credit/debit card or PayPal account in the amount of the total purchase price of your order. You also expressly authorise us to use personal information provided by you to perform appropriate anti-fraud checks such as credit checks.
All orders are subject to stock availability and confirmation of the order price. Items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.
Angolz Company Limited's liability in contract, tort or otherwise arising out of the subject matter of the Contract shall not exceed the total value of the goods delivered under the terms and Angolz shall, under no circumstances, be liable to the buyer for any consequential, indirect or economic loss or damages.
